Ginkgo Wellness Products were born from Real Spa Life.
They did not begin as a branding exercise or a product concept imagined from a distance. They developed over time, through nearly 20 years of caring for guests in our spas — listening, observing, refining, and understanding what people truly need when they come to us seeking relief, restoration, and a greater sense of balance.
Working so closely with guests over the years has taught me that wellbeing is rarely about indulgence alone. More often, it is about comfort. It is about easing physical tension, creating moments of calm, supporting recovery, and helping people feel more at home in their bodies again.
That understanding shaped not only the treatments we offer in our Ginkgo Spas, but also the products we chose to use every day in our professional environment.
I wanted products that felt honest in their purpose — products that were effective, comforting, beautifully made, and aligned with the standard of care we believe in at Ginkgo Spas. Products that could support a guest during a treatment and continue to support them long after they had left the spa.
Over time, something very meaningful happened: our clients began asking for those same products to use at home. They wanted to continue the feeling of care, relief, and restoration between spa visits. They wanted the spa experience to become part of their own home wellness ritual.
That was the natural beginning of Ginkgo Wellness Products as a public range.
What had been developed and trusted within our spas over many years was now ready to be shared more widely — allowing more people to experience the same standard of care beyond the treatment room.
